after much deliberation I’ve joined the ranks of the blogosphere.

This is a mommy blog, but not.
This is a liberal blog, but not.
This is a polictical blog, but not.
This is a crafter’s blog, but not.
This is a culture/rock/art blog, but not.
This is a tech blog, but not.
This is a feminist blog, but not.
This is a alternative lifestyles blog, but not.

This is psycho-Mom-ia, a space where I can vent, think, process, rant, spew, laugh, be inappropriate, be appropriate, be funny, or at least try to be.

Here be my disclaimer: I make no apologies for my writing, good, bad or indifferent. I am wildly opinionated, stubborn and reasonably intelligent. I will not post anything photo-wise that is not work safe, but I make NO promises about my subject matter (be forewarned!)

I will link to things which may or may not be work safe and will try to put huge-ass warning signs when I do.

I will swear. A lot. I have a legendary potty mouth which I am trying to avoid passing on to my children (of which I have two).

I am creating this space for my own selfish ends: I need an outlet…a place to keep my psycho-ness alive in my mommy-ness and vice versa. I hope to gain some readership, but it’s not my primary goal: there are plenty o’folks in the blogosphere that are talented and entertaining, and I wholeheartely accept that I *might* not be one of them.
